Please refer to the Support/Service/RMA chapter at the end of the User’s Manual for the specific product in question as our policy varies dependent upon the product or contact our Service department. Click here to send an immediate e-mail, or call our offices at 888-DSIRFTV. NEVER return a product to DSI for service without FIRST obtaining an RMA number from us as we cannot adequately track or be responsible for such situations. . Additionally, you may risk refusal of the shipment at our docks because of missing/non-existing paperwork.
