FAQ > Product Division FAQs > I’m at the studio and am not getting any video.
1. Is the cable plugged in?
2. Is the lens cap still on the lens?
3. Ensure the video circuit/link is in 100% working order. Insert a video signal at the remote site video circuit demarcation to ensure the link is functioning.
4. Call the circuit provider to run a test on the circuit.
5. Power cycle the video circuit system.
6. Please complete the above steps PRIOR to calling DSI for service.
